Another cat portrait, this time for someone else. :3 I recently learned about glow effects on Photoshop so I've been messing with that. This is both versions because I find it really weird to look at the altered one because it's sort of like not what I drew (almost... but not really). Horrid wording, but any thoughts on this would be appreciated. =)
